After practicing law for 7 years, in both non-profit and for-profit law firms, she decided that empowering more individuals to be their own representatives would serve many of her personal and professional goals:
Encouraging individuals to take charge of their family and interpersonal relationships to make healthy decisions and take the legal action necessary to reach their goals.
Educating individuals to use legal language that serves as “buzz words” for the Judges to better understand and make more thoughtful decisions.
Creating access to justice by ensuring that individuals that cannot afford or choose not to hire an attorney full scope can still reasonably represent themselves and their interests in Family Court.
